My only concerns is if clauses get added by politicians who know next to nothing of how video game technology works such as one that would force a studio to release versions for future operating systems or consoles. Other than that, mandating visible expiration dates for games "bought" and possibly mandating end of life plans allowing fan-made servers would be fine.
