I was already a hypermasculine butch lesbian and people around me tend to assume I'm taking roids for bodybuilding purposes. My parents did ask if I was transitioning. It depends on your starting point, I was originally tall, flat and muscular with a stronger face so people already assumed I was male in the street most of the time. But I also present very masculine. If its imperative to not have people notice you should consider a steroid that is less androgenic (while still anabolic) like Dbol.
