As much as I like Tails, I too prefer playing as Gamma. However that's only because of the controls. Tails and Eggman are a lot slower in SA2 compared to Gamma. On the other hand, Gamma has few stages, and they're also very short. There are some mods that make SA2's controls faster, someday I'll play with those and I'll probably have a better time. The lack of stages is a big issue that doesn't get acknowledged enough

I've been thinking of making a general "playthroughs thread" where we can make posts like that while we play the games and post screenshots and videos of what we're currently playing. Maybe it's better to have threads dedicated to each game though, I don't know
