I drink a bit to sleep better.

I'll take the occassional glass of whiskey on celebrations and similar.

Had a wakeup call where I had my usual nightly drink, but on an empty stomach and dehydrated. Ended up blackout drunk and woke up with a busted shoulder, scraped face and busted knee. I concluded from the evidence that i tried to turn on my fan and fell over. No gym for like 3 weeks.
