One of these is pure, the other one has about 2 frames of motion blur applied (with a decay of 0.67 to bias it towards the fresher frame). I think this is a suitable demonstration of pixel ghosting.
Whether or not this is a nothing burger or if it's the end of the world is ultimately up to you to decide.
