Kind of, it's basically a show that follows both nudists and exhibitionists, mostly know because they also follow an elderly couple that does photoshoots while wearing costumes, so yeah, some are probably only doing it for the thrill. The woman in the webm is called Wendy Night and apparently she is a stripper, so maybe that's why she is so eager to be naked in public.
