It's probably impossible to do it in a way that was truly anonymous and unfalsifiable, but I feel that if there was some ID that couldn't be faked and which proved that the person sending such image was actually a human being, and not an AI-bot or an Indian, the internet would become so much better. Again, probably impossible, aside from magic-like technology. People are even able to falsify passports and other state-issued documents.

Also, even if it were possible, (((they))) would never want to make this truly anonymous and unfalsifiable for obvious reasons; it would get in the way of state-run psy-ops (since the government wouldn't be able to falsify human activity) and in the way of monitoring people, since it would be truly anonymous.
