Is it morally right what they are doing? Absolutely not, and it is certainly going to be evidence against them in their judgement, but you cant pretend like "yo Jesus is totally with me on this" every time you need an argument for secular matters.
Christ did not drive out the money changers for doing commerce, he did it because they were using the temple to do it, how is this argument different? How can you use Christ to justify a transaction without being the very money changers he whipped?
