You can be in denial if you want but Pleinair is and has always been a loli and the artist's preferred body type. If you somehow mistakenly thought all the young looking flat girls in Disgaea 1 were not loli then that's on you but it's not a series for people that are averse to these sort of designs. Harada's art became "cuter" and more "moe" over time but it's always been there since the first game.
