That means nothing, i`ve seen Germans with such earlobes in old footage of factory workers in third reich. And slightly receded frontal forhead and they were blonde and blue eyed. Serbs are definitely a mixed mess despite that like all of Balkans, but actual white Serbs are a majority. You can see it if they have black eyes instead of chestnut brown eyes at least.
