Couple questions, /film/. Is the Blu Ray City On Fire (1987) worth getting? I've seen a low quality mkv of it before, which is fine with me, but does the Blu Ray muddy the picture in some way?

Also, was the soundtrack ever officially released? I found it through certain channels, but I'd love a CD with art.
