Ossiarch bone reapers from age of sigmar, but as a dungeon crawling clone. You get an initial roster of 4 degenerates, stuck as your basic bitch skeleton dude, later on you can mix their bones around sort of like in Shin Megami Tensei, to turn them into more professional stock of the line soldiers, or into skeletal giant abominations.
The main enemies would be chaos, and they would all drop bones that would enable your skelly dudes to be upgraded ( but depending on how corrupted the bones are, they can also have some negative consequences).
You would also have a big titty vampire girl as a pseudo shop keeper who can help reduce the corruption on looted bones among other things, but shes really just there as eye candy.

Anyways this will never happen because nothing good ever comes for this setting or genre lmao.
