The issue isn't their neck desu, it's their heads. It's too small, typical Korean 1:9/1:10 ratio. Basically the opposite of E33's 1:5 where the heads are too big. Unless the woman is really tall, she should be about 6½-7 heads tall, 7½ if she's more than 5'7".
The necks wouldn't look long then because the jaw would rest lower since the head is bigger.
