All the major characters are basically women or a handful of extremely feminised men at this point. I wrote up a huge list of every faction but hit the post-limit, so I'm just going to cut it down.
Every Alliance leader is a woman besides Anduin "Basedboy" Wrynn, Prophet "Hasn't done a thing since Legion" Velen and Gelbin "Alliance jobber" Mekkatorque. Now the latter two are utterly irrelevant leaving only Anduin and technically his co-leader Turalyon. But Turalyon takes a huge backseat to the Warcraft Main Character Alleria, future leader for all Elves. Dagran at best his an even bigger basedboy and puppet to his mother Moira. Malfurion has been on vacation since Legion too and Tyrande was always the main Night Elf character. Genn was publicly humiliated by his daughter "Queen" Tess and her lesbian lover Lorna Crowley. The black disabled sheboon will be set-up as the next major Human racial leader guaranteed.
For Horde we have a ruling council of nobodies, women and cuckolds. The cuckold in queston between Regent Lor'therally Whomar, subservient limp-wristed Blood Elf to Thalyssra. The Orcs haven't had a designated leader since Varok jobbed to Sylvanas. Tauren likes to sit in a corner and watch all expansion. Blizzard REALLY wanted Calia to be the Forsaken leader but due to backlash had to settle for absolutely nobody else. All of the alliance race leaders for the Horde are literally women too. Every single one. Even Kiro. And they're all irrelevant. Try to name any besides Talanji who is worse than her father Rastakhan in every single way. Oh and as for Gazlowe? He's the least "Goblin" Goblin that has ever existed.
And of course the big bad is a woman too. In time Queen Azshara will also make her umpteenth return alongside Sylvanas to complete the trifecta of enshittening and just not giving a fuck about the stakes. Hell even the fucking planet is a woman. Where did all of the men go?
