This build is centered around the IIIb club. Unyielding kills bosses faster, carapace kills crushers faster. Skullcrusher is for more damage, thunderous is to make your bleed stronger. Yes, you technically kill armor fast enough with bonks, but you sometimes have to slap.
Achlys single stubber is purely for reliability and versatility. There are better options (I like grenade gauntlet more, but rumbler is better), however, nothing can snipe faraway specials like the single stubber, and you can never trust your retards to so much as look at snipers without getting domed. Maniacs I believe lets you body shot trappers dead, and quickly target switch to mutants if need be. Flak makes bodyshots on scab gunners relevant. You could run any other perks. I've seen damage vs specials and crit damage both do okay, but didn't feel like I needed either. Blessing are for headshots, plain and simple.
Health, health, toughness is my preferred setup because it gives a LOT of room for error. Full toughness is better if you're actually good at the game and paying attention, but I'm playing ogryn to turn my brain off. Gunner resist unfortunately stacks multiplicatively, but maxing out on it lets you be even more of a braindead button mashing ape. 1 sniper resist makes them a lot less threatening, you could even run 2. Corruption res is so you don't have to pay attention. You could just run all toughness and health, or stamina regen instead.

Taunt CDR is chosen for more braindead, and staggering trappers before they can fire. The damage amp is technically better, but harder to play, and I don't want to use my brain. The rest of the build is just max damage resist and attack speed.
