A LOT more than the comments itt will lead you to believe, though it's mostly cultural stuff relating to how the khajiit behave and how their religion and biology works than visual stuff like architecture.

The architecture is never described in detail or depicted in concept art, though the palace of the mane in Torval is said to be built out of Valenwood timber. ESO gives the Khajiit south/southeast asian-inspired architecture, one of that game's many painfully boring decisions.

They're hysterical cat people who love sugar, both regular and magic cocaine sugar, and are biologically incapable of understanding some concepts like ownership (ESO gets rid of this) and occasionally end up almost self-destructing. Order in the society is kept by the mane, their pope figure. Also, a khajiit's physical appearance os decided by the phases of the moon, they can look like elves, cat people, quadrupedal cats etc.

Their pantheon has both Aedra and Daedra and draws no distinction between them. The most notorious thing about their religion is that it centers around moon-themed cosmic order and the aforementioned pope figure and magic cocaine sugar.

I think you misunderstood my post. My point is that the Summerset Isles, despite having objectively less information about it than Elsweyr, is much closer to joining cyrodiil/skyrin/high rock/hammerfell as a full-blown project tamriel mod than elsweyr is, thus how much information there exists available for a given province isn't THAT big of a factor.
