nah Palworld was so fucking succesful the devs literally said "we don't know what to do with so much money". They planned on just dropping the game and dipping because they thought everyone was going to figure out it was a scam cash grab but they made so much money and got so much positive reception they decided to stick around and keep improving the game.

The lawsuit is a big hit, yes, but so far their lawyers are saying they're doing good and very in the clear so far. Nintendo will have to fight really fucking hard to get what they want
