this means that the only way to flag Iran to ANY extent is to flag its 3368 municipalities, + al least 1 that i saw earlier as missing from OSM
all the over levels just adopt the flags from below all the way to province level

if anyone is ever going to attempt the full flagging of the land of the Aryans, that script that automatically opens the google tab would be a minimum kek
