I don't had a reason for something that is already a thing. I doubt you could conceive a Human-Eldar Hybrid without genetic manipulation on some level, but undeniable Eldar-Human Hybrids exist and are numerous enough for no one to be particularly shocked about them. That you don't like the fact of interspecies hybrids existing in a setting where real-physics are nonexistent is not my problem.
