Thanks for the comments, Anons, this is my dopamine. And sorry for taking so long to post the chapters, I write very slowly because I go layer by layer, I make a quick draft, read everything, add details, read everything, add more details, and so on until each scene is complete or at least until I'm satisfied with it, basically as if I were drawing. I'm glad because this last scene with Basil in particular was making me a little unsure if it had turned out decent or not. I don't want the fic to be too melodramatic. But it's good to see that I managed to convey more or less what I wanted to.
