>going loud basically means everyone in the level is going to be relentlessly hunting you for the remainder of the mission since every goon with a radio who hears gunfire is going to alert every other goon with a radio who will then alert every other goon and there's a good chance you're going to be overwhelmed and die
>basically encourages you to play it smart if you're going to go loud, setting traps and thinning the enemies' numbers ahead of time
>even then you're still encouraged to use hit and run tactics, sticking to shadows, ambushing dudes, and sometimes hiding since trying to hunker down usually means getting overwhelmed or surrounded and killed
