>How is Animal Well
Its fun, exploring it was fun. I don't know if its $8.61 fun but its unironically better than everything else in your cart except DELTARUNE which I haven't played because its not finished.
>Is Talos Principle worth playing if I want a puzzle game with a bit more "substance" like Portal 1 and 2
Its not cinematic like Portal but its actually better written and cool as shit. The puzzles aren't hard. I'd argue they're more challenging than Portal, but a bit more tedious at some parts. The game especially delights in misleading you, trying to naturally lead you down a path that requires many steps that go nowhere when a puzzle can be solved in 2 seconds... So its encouraging you to actually think instead of autopilot a fair bit. It feels like many rooms are purposely designed to make you feel stupid and humbled, which is appropriate given the overarching narrative.
