If you can play a good blunt team, it's alright.
I'd be looking towards AF suited teams, judging from the most recent HP bloat. Like teams should be good at building and using AF, which is the problem of the stellar bow guy. He generates good AF, but is absolutely horrendous inside of AF, because his attacks use up a consumable stack, and you run out in AF. ID should be a little better.. but not sure if it's that great.
On a complete unrelated note, this game never ceases to surprise me. Playing Shigure's third character quest (aka his NS), and pic related is in. They must've added this line much later on because Oboro released like 5 damn years later. That is some weird ass dedication.
