This is obviously happening, but whether it's officially endorsed or even done by the jannies is what's in question. We'll probably never know. All we can know is that the jannies are incompetent at best and outright disruptive to the community out of spite at worst. It makes sense; the type of person to apply to be a jannie is probably someone with beef with their home board, and the free time and resources Do It For Free. They have no incentive to encourage a healthy community, they just act out their grudges
