You can swap weapons between teams. Make sure Carte, Yangyang and Sahnua get the sword each time you use them. Same with the gun although Carte doesn't benefit from the attack up from Static Mist so it becomes mostly a stat stick for Cia's damage.
If you have high sequence nodes on your 4*s you can even solo some tower parts with them.
