I've never tried to, but given the GDRs track-record with hightech.... I'd be surprised if there were many made to begin with. The majority of housholds over there never even got a phone (hence why in the 90s a lot of landline infrastructure was made, thus cementing our shit-tier internet because it was to new to replace...)
Then again, maybe you're lucky and not too many people want theirs. I'd fancy it was often kept due to being somewhat special, if useless.
