I think in a relationship in the beginning stages, he's very sexual and seductive (because that's about as far as he's willing to be intimate with someone that is not his sister). Ima can probably be romantic (spend money on you, take you on dates for drinks, etc) I'm sure he's had to pretend to be in relationships with his female clients as a hostess, take them out on dates, buy them clothes, and make out/fuck with them like he would in a real relationship. I think he might tend to bring up his sister and things that remind him of Kako, and talk about their memories together with his gf, but like you said, it would take some growing up and maturing of Ima for him to stop relying on his sister for his emotional needs.
