Blaze destroyer: removed. Too many board clear, bane, and fairy to make it useful

Demonic call: removed. Sure 21/21 kuon OTK is useful but the chance is not high. Our problem is the early game where we don't have Anne and Kuon.

Ruby: added. We have so many 3-cost drawers, so we are looking for Anne with an alternative way.
