The gayest one was pic related and it was also strongly implied to be Seimei and that one guy working for him, to the point where its so obvious that Gouto even comments on how freaky it is. Seimei and Raidou were just friends but like the other anon said, two boys with any kind of chemistry at all in a manga is either purposefully done as fujobait and nothing more or simply seen as gay by those who just think its gay. Considering manga at the time and how blatantly horny the mangaka is, I wouldn't be surprised if she was doing it on purpose. Whole manga has a bunch of weirdly sexual-for-no-reason things in it, as was the style for many manga at the time. If anything, I think Raidou is one of those guys who takes friendship seriously since he was likely a pretty lonely kid so all of his allies are precious to him, which is why he was so emotional over what happened. Caring deeply about your friends a homosexual does not make. I know you're baiting and replying is a waste of time but goddamn the mangaka was so unapologetically a gooner I can't help but respect it somehow.
