I think 3 is the only one that actually lives up to the reputation the franchise has. 1 and 2 are both extremely casual, have barely any puzzles, and aren’t scary. Then suddenly you have actual survival horror and butt clenching moments for the entirety of 3, along with actual puzzles.

Anyway I think it’s a really cool game. Besides what I said before I think the backgrounds are very well done too.
