What do 4channers actually get out of posting and participating in these kinds of threads?
There are dozens of these threads every single day. A controversial post screencapped from Reddit or twitter and OP doing some exaggerated roleplay as the original to be even more provocative...

Like it just seems like it should be obnoxious. What do you get out of it?
Do you see Reddit and Twitter as some sort of bastions of normality, and by taking screenshots from there and bringing them here, you can discuss them from a different perspective?
I'm looking at reddit and the discussion doesn't seem to be any different.
All it seems to be here is just a whole bunch of people who seem to enjoy being angry.

Seriously, if you enjoy participating in these threads, let me know why. I seriously want to know. These threads get 100's of replies and it is just mindboggling to me
