Are game mechanics a thing, isekai style? Or is Tamriel realistic and I could die of dysentery or an infected wound at age 25? If the former, oh baby here comes the Dragonborn. If the latter... fuck, I don't know, I'd think really really hard on what quests are the easiest to complete and involve the least combat, then marry a qt Nord woman and live with her/start working in her town. Actually, scratch that, if I wake up in the cart it'd mean I'd be the Dragonborn no matter what, and becoming a background NPC would mean Alduin wins and ends up eating the world. Fuck. Well I'd probably die in a ditch somewhere then. Oh well.
