I know this isn't really suited to this thread but I also don't know where else to ask this

You know those fabric/cloth posters or "wall scrolls" that get printed with various pieces of anime art?

Firstly, where can I find those other then ebay if I'm looking for a specific design that hasn't been made in ages. Is there a specific search term I can check in Japanese on meracari and yahoo auctions Japan, or are these a US/American product, primarily?

Secondly, does anybody know how they handle being signed at like conventions and stuff? Will sharpie or whatever people use for signatures not leave a clear mark or smear or bleed, or will it be fine?
