Eve used to have a Captains Quarters where you could walk around a space bedroom and hang out, but you couldnt customise it.
It was a WiP tech demo for the World of Darkness MMO that never came out, then the CQ was removed altogether cuz it was wasting dev time maintaining it cuz of spaghetti code.
