No way. Even trailer doesn't portray them as such. They will be villains at the beginning with whom you will be allowed to ally against Tyrant Star eventually. Whatever is behind Tyrant Star will be the main villain. Might be Tyranids

I think Deldar will show up again as well. Not putting them in a game with morale and terror system would a waste, their assets are already made and Night Lords vs Deldar are a kino conflict
