I'm grid anon, not "round pixels" schizo anon. And thank you for posting that. The grid was always just an approximation for that grid like effect the real pixels have. I think the grid is a good way to get a similar look without a cpu-expensive shader. It looks more correct when it is on a handheld screen and not blown up on a monitor.
