Every single "god" entity that exists in this game who is target of fervent praying will always be some sort of primal, this is inescapable due to how primals were established. Louisoix turned into a primal due to all the prayers for salvation and in turn his phoenix self dumped all the aether into the land which helped the land heal after bahamut nuked most of eorzea.
