Italians have Southern eyes (no eye-hooding = no built-in protection from cold, they simply don't need it). I have an additonal layer of skin/fat on my eyes.
But Southerners also usually lack a primitive ass-looking brow ridge that makes your forehead look sloppy. So it's not that bad. I'm pro-Arabi puss myself.
