Even the Nazis did not completely overturn past doctrines. Robert Ley explicitly states in the official party manual that there is no such thing as a "German race" but that Germans are composed of multiple, races of compatible blood and that all peoples settling in Europe (explicitly naming Danes and Poles) are also of compatible blood and fully capable of being integrated into the Reich.

I have no doubt that for political reasons you'll find all kinds of Nazi leaders disparage various European nationalities or selectively excluded them from their status as Aryan, arguing their blood had been diluted or their intelligentsia replaced by Jews or whatever, depending on their allegiances, but the scientific doctrine was not overturned by them.

They were de-facto already there. There were plenty of people with Polish origins in the Ruhr Area. They typically identified as German however. Thinking of this in modern terms is nonsensical since Poles at the time had no ambition to move to Germany and become immigrants.
You are completely right that Ley was neither particularly important nor was he uncontroversial, but he was one of the higher ups who had a fairly Pan-European opinion on such matters, so it should not be ignored. Hitler himself certainly held anti-slavic ressentiments from his KuK experience and many Junckers thought in a similar manner. But the idea that this represents the movement and was reflected in the science of the time is simply not true. If you had asked German anthropologists at the time, they probably wouldn't have doubted the Aryan heritage of Slavs (although some might have been in disagreement about the degree of Aryan heritage).
