TVs have the best HDR available with 2000nits in small windows and 400-500 nits full screen SDR OLED images
as far as the ghosting goes, TVs now have 165hz, aside from going up to 240hz or more on monitors that have less blurring, yes, they are worse, TVs used to have strobing like features like on the LG CX that could give you 120hz strobing to give you 300hz motion clarity, but they removed the feature too
