We recently learned that some of Starfield's voice actors were involved in the SAG-AFTRA strike that had been going on since last year, particularly Emily O'Brien who voices Sarah. So it's possible that Bethesda didn't have enough recorded lines to show off a trailer for the next DLC during that showcase
