We deserve reparations for the CIA ops and social engineering that my ethnic group was targeted with.

When people talk about reparations they generally are referring to slavery, but that's reason is easy to dismiss for several reasons.

CIA ops ran against the black community is different and within living memory. It would be much more difficult for people to dismiss its validity as a reason for reparations.
