Not only that, but SAMSUNG supplies panels to many of the gaming monitor spaces, namely MSI, AOC, and ALIENWARE. QD-OLED panels from SAMSUNG use a "Mothseye" filter which is a fragile nanostructure mimicing a moths' eye to cut down on all reflections, and this is good if you never cough, spit, or get any sort of bodily fluid or oils near the screen.

Screens with mothseye hold one very, large issue, and that's cleaning and care. Every "glossy" (not pertaining to semi-gloss, and matte) QD-OLED screen manufactured from SAMSUNG and partners will be a bitch to clean, and that's because the micro-array traps oil like a sponge and makes it nigh impossible to clean off without leaving smudges, or outright destroying the antiglare filter overall. Even SAMSUNG's own display firm can't agree on whether or not you use Ethanol, or no screen cleaning fluid at all, and both SAMSUNG display, and SAMSUNG themselves seem to be at a disagreement on each other on whether or not you're even allowed to touch the screen in the first place.

LG OLEDs, and Semi-Gloss, and MATTE oleds don't show this issue due to using a completely different anti-glare, so while the Mothseye anti-reflection might be the best in the game, it's the most fragile and will absolutely destroy your experience if you get anything with it, which is 90% of QD-OLED gaming monitors
