Sakura's line was "ぜーたくな悩みだよ。". Or "That is an extravagant problem" or "That is a luxurious problem". I can't deny that the phrase chosen by localization doesn't sum it up well, even if it feels of an era.

Hinagata's name was written as 雛形 which appears to just mean "prototype, template". 雛 does also mean "doll".
