In a study of all ethnicities, the difference between high SES and low SES can only account for a 16 point difference on average, so this would mean that high socioeconomic blacks perform as well as an average white, and the lowest of socioeconomic whites are as smart as the average black person. Uh oh. But it's worse, because black people see lower benefit from socioeconomics, the reality is worse.
