In 2020 when i first started browsing 4chan and the archives, every other advice to lift was SS+GOMAD+OMAD for cutting
whatever happened to that ? i took a hiatus around 2022-2023 and did mma during that time, only now that i'm back from lifting so /fit/ became a must browse yet the shift has been drastic and brutal
no way in hell SS+gomad wasn't an inorganic psyop
was it just cohorted because it sound like some cool gestapo regiment ?
