It's worse than that, they already take down legit content for the most ridiculous reasons (even mere bugs) and then yters have to pull all sorts of bullshit in order to speak to a REAL person... who just tells them "yeah, this is a problem with the AI and we've tried tooth and nail to get Google to change but it just doesn't listen".
Apparently, the help team there is having mental health issues from this situation and the government should probably intervene before you see a bunch of Google employees sudoku themselves because of this.
Imagine seeing this same issue over and over again, but the admin at top are so fucking stubborn or just simply lacking so much time (I doubt it) that they cannot prevent it from happening again. So it just happens again and again and you just have to deal with customers bitching about this over and over again.
Turns out, Google is WORSE than Terry Gilliam's Brazil. Even in that film there was some chance of the system being improved. It's ridiculous.
This is what happens when you grow so large, so quickly and then rely so heavily on an AI system you don't understand with no mechanism for allowing it to be tweaked by the department that deals with the complaints daily. It's Kafkaesque.
