i know exactly what this is referencing. there's two types of channels they're targeting here: "incidental nudity" channels and "movie clip" shorts channels

the incidental nudity covers a pretty massive algo loophole going on right now. you can see it before they nuke it by searching "transparent cleaning" and scrolling a few results down - there's women that are """"cleaning"""" their homes in ponchos and other plastic/sheer see-through clothes that have millions of views. it blew up overseas because pajeets love seeing white women naked and some views have 10-15m views. it's also exposing a lot of kids to nudity, and i don't think their scanners are confident enough to label the videos as explicit because some of the clothing does a good job obscuring it just enough to likely throw off object recognition that they're using to find titties and pussy and flag them.

the other category is simple: channels that take a copyrighted movie/show and clip the shit out of it, and upload the pieces to shorts without saying what the movie is. they've been on their radar for some time because the stuff that stays up is movies that just haven't gone through content id because they're obscure or it's shows that have hours long run-lengths.
