Foundational physics - take your pick. Many regard University Physics by Young and Freedman (most recently) as the standard, others favor Physics for Scientists and Engineers by Serway and Jewett, some prefer older texts like Physics by Halliday, Resnick, and Krane.

For more advanced material (but not graduate level material)
Mechanics - Taylor
Electrodynamics - Griffiths
Quantum Physics - Griffiths or Zettili, maybe Townsend
Thermodynamics - Schroeder, I'm not personally a fan, but I'll admit that it's probably the most comprehensive of the undergraduate texts on the subject that's still readable
Astrophysics - Carroll and Ostlie (BOB)
Plasma Physics - Chen
Circuits - Horowitz and Hill

Graduate level material is complicated because there's very few texts that people will agree on
