my computer is on logged in to steam 24/7 and it says i'm not eligible for a booster pack for hatsune miku VR

the only thing the FAQ tooltip thing for booster packs states is that "you must log in once per week to remain eligible"

i keep my status set to invisible at all times to avoid the nutters that added me from my youtube channel and will kill themselves if i unfriend them

if this is what's keeping me from getting more miku cards then i think that FAQ should be updated to say "log in to *the friends network* on steam" instead, but i'm not entirely sure that's the case here.
